Job summary

Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to oversee the site QC team, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001/13485 and robust inspection practices. You will drive process improvement, audits, and CAPA closure to sustain high product quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, standardization of procedures, and leading Kaizen and Lean initiatives to reduce waste and cycle times, with a hybrid work option in some locations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory expenence in a related industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, schedule, and coordinate daily activities of the site QC team.
• Train, coach, and evaluate personnel to ensure high operational efficiency, competency, and professional development.
• Ensure all team members are trained and certified on SOPs, GDP, test methods, and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001 / ISO 13485).
• Develop, implement, and maintain QC systems, inspection plans, and test procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
