Job summary

National GC is seeking a Project Manager with QA/QC oversight to support large-scale hyperscale data center construction projects across the United States. You will own project delivery activities and provide strategic QA/QC leadership to ensure quality, safety, compliance, and readiness from preconstruction through handover.

The role involves coordinating with project leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to embed quality throughout the lifecycle, with a focus on right-first-time

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and quality documentation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and disciplines.
• Familiarity with project documentation and inspection procedures.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide management-level oversight of QA/QC activities across civil, electrical, mechanical scopes.
• Lead development of Project Quality Plans and ITPs.
• Coordinate with clients, trade partners and internal teams to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, and KPI outcomes.
• Support commissioning interfaces and system turnover activities.
