Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Documentation Specialist to support our Quality Management Team in a fast-paced construction office in Georgia. The role focuses on organizing, maintaining and verifying quality documentation and working independently with minimal oversight.

You will use Bluebeam Revu, ACC, and Office tools to manage weld maps, logs, and certifications, attend quality meetings, and ensure site records are accurate and current.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
• Dependable and able to work with minimal oversight in a fast-paced construction office.
• Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to project needs.
• General Mechanical Systems knowledge relevant to HVAC environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate, review, and digitally update weld and flange maps using Bluebeam Revu and Excel.
• Plot raw site data to verify weld IDs, bolt torquing, and joint details meet specs.
• Process daily production and welding logs from QC Specialists.
• Review logs for completeness and file them to maintain a precise daily site record.
• Lead coordination for the Autodesk Construction Cloud dashboard.
• Log site issues, deviations, or punch lists and route to field personnel for timely resolution.
• Manage the quality database on OneDrive.
• Organize incoming material certifications, daily logs, and inspection reports.
• Attend essential quality meetings.
