Job summary

Batchelor & Kimball is seeking a full-time QA/QC Documentation Specialist to support our Quality Management Team in a busy construction office in the United States. The role focuses on organizing, maintaining, and verifying quality-related documentation and performing related duties with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include operating Bluebeam Revu and Excel to generate weld maps, processing daily logs, coordinating the ACC dashboard, and ensuring accurate daily records of site

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced construction office.
• General mechanical systems knowledge is a plus.
• Dependability and consistent availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bluebeam Revu and Excel to generate and update weld/flange maps.
• Plot raw site data to verify weld IDs, bolt torques, and joint details meet specs.
• Process daily production and welding logs from QC Specialists.
• Review logs for completeness and file digitally to maintain daily records.
• Lead coordinator for the Autodesk Construction Cloud dashboard.
