Job summary

Waukesha County’s Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Programs & Projects Analyst to oversee quality assurance in the Economic Support Services program. You will supervise the QA team, coach ESS staff, and build data systems to inform leadership and drive training analysis.

Apply your expertise to improve accuracy and service delivery. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills with experience in IMQA/PCR tools, policy interpretation, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/public/healthcare administration or related field.
• Two years of professional work experience in research, analysis, evaluation, planning, or project management.
• Master's degree may substitute for one year of the work experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA reviews and supervise the QA team.
• Coach and mentor ESS staff.
• Conduct targeted QA reviews using IMQA and PCR tools.
• Build and maintain data systems to inform leadership and drive training analysis.
• Document findings in PCR and IMQA tools and spreadsheets.
• Report trends and errors for program management.
• Follow through on corrective actions for case reviews.
• Select targeted cases for QA reviews.
• Provide one-on-one intervention training to staff with performance challenges.
• Mentor QA ESS staff in eligibility determinations.
• Build productive relationships with Moraine Lakes staff and partners.
