Responsibilities

• Manage QA projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary point of contact between QA teams, Business Development, and business stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate project execution activities.
• Manage and facilitate War Room meetings to resolve project issues and blockers.
• Coordinate with multiple QA, development, business, upstream, and downstream teams.
• Organize and conduct QA training sessions whenever required.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports, QA metrics, and progress updates.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Proactively identify issues and elevate critical risks to appropriate stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
• Monitor QA project performance and ensure timely delivery of testing activities.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and project execution.
• Support QA automation initiatives and coordinate activities involving AccelQ.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing QA projects and coordinating multiple teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience leading project kickoff meetings and managing War Room discussions.
• Excellent project coordination, reporting, and issue escalation skills.
• Experience preparing QA metrics, dashboards, and project status reports.
• Ability to manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong understanding of manual testing, automation testing, and QA processes.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
