Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead QA to oversee onshore and offshore testing efforts. You will define test strategies, build automation frameworks, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities include mentoring offshore teams, tracking QA metrics, and collaborating with development in an Agile/Scrum setting. A strong focus on communication and stakeholder management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for onshore teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
• Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Cucumber, Selenium, Java/Python.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Act as primary point of contact between onshore and offshore QA teams.
• Lead daily sync-ups and coordinate tasks with offshore teams.
• Monitor offshore team performance and provide mentoring and guidance.
• Provide regular QA status reports and track metrics (test coverage, defect density, automation progress)
• Work within Agile/Scrum development environments.
