• Proven experience managing end-to-end QA projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive QA projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary contact between QA teams, BD, and stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate execution activities.
• Facilitate War Room meetings to resolve issues and blockers.
• Coordinate with multiple QA, development, and business teams.
• Prepare and communicate project status reports, QA metrics and progress updates.
• Track timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify issues and escalate critical risks to stakeholders.
• Drive QA process improvements and support automation initiatives.
