Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced QA Manager in Dallas to lead end-to-end QA projects. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder communication, and cross-team leadership across QA, development, and business units.

The ideal candidate will coordinate multiple teams, drive QA initiatives from initiation to completion, and oversee QA metrics, dashboards, and risk management in a fast-paced environment. On-site with extended 18-month engagement and possible extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end QA projects.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating multiple QA, development, BD, and business units.
• Ability to drive QA initiatives from initiation through completion.
• Experience with QA metrics, dashboards and status reporting.
• Hands-on or functional knowledge of AccelQ automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive QA projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the primary contact between QA teams, BD, and stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate execution activities.
• Facilitate War Room meetings to resolve issues and blockers.
• Coordinate with QA, development, business, and upstream/downstream teams.
• Prepare and communicate QA metrics and progress updates.
• Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and project execution.
