Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a QA Portfolio Lead in New York to shape and lead enterprisewide testing strategies and quality transformation. You will drive end-to-end testing delivery, manage QA teams, and partner with clients and stakeholders to ensure quality objectives align with business goals.

In this role, you will lead initiatives across Agile and traditional delivery models, mentoring teams, and advancing Quality Engineering practices, with a strong focus on governance and risk management.

• Client-facing stakeholder management; onshore/offshore exposure preferred.

Our client is seeking a QA Portfolio Lead to join their team. As a QA Portfolio Lead, you will be part of the Quality Assurance organization supporting enterprisewide testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong testing strategy leadership, proven project and stakeholder management, and the ability to drive quality transformation across complex programs.

• Define and drive enterprisewide testing strategy, planning, governance, and quality assurance frameworks.

What's Needed?

• 12 years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing with proven success leading large-scale testing and quality engineering programs.
• Strong expertise in testing strategy, test planning, quality governance, and delivery management across Agile and traditional delivery models.
• Demonstrated experience in project/program management and driving QA transformation initiatives.
• Proven leadership experience managing QA teams (including leading teams of approximately 25 members) with strong resource utilization and delivery focus.
• Client-facing stakeholder management experience; exposure to onshore/offshore delivery models is preferred.
