Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Transformation (Perseus) modernization effort supporting Agile delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, Agile delivery discipline, and backlog management expertise, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Refine capabilities, features, stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation details established during Discovery activities.
• Support Agile execution by coordinating sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily standups, and related ceremonies.
• Manage and maintain delivery backlog quality, consistency, traceability, and readiness throughout the modernization program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Design, UX/UI Architecture, Angular Engineering, Java Engineering, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and align delivery to modernization priorities.
• Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and escalation items across workstreams; support testing and production readiness activities (SIT, UAT, defect triage, remediation tracking).

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery experience, including managing Agile delivery backlogs and sprint execution.
• Proven experience refining stories and developing acceptance criteria and delivery artifacts created during Discovery.
• Strong backlog management skills, including story refinement, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira for backlog and delivery artifact management.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, designers, developers, testers, and business stakeholders to resolve requirement ambiguities and documentation gaps.
