Job summary

The Greater Nashville Regional Council (GNRC) is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance and Monitoring Analyst for its Department of Aging and Disability Services. The role supports planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure Older Americans Act programs meet state and federal requirements.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, on-site monitoring, documentation of findings, corrective actions, and providing technical assistance to subrecipients and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and two years of professional experience.
• Foreign degrees and credentials will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining plans and tools to monitor subrecipients and providers.
• Conduct risk assessments of subrecipients and providers via desk reviews and on-site visits.
• Review subrecipient fiscal records for cost allowability and allocability.
• Prepare written monitoring reports documenting scope, findings, and observations.
• Issue findings and corrective action plans and track closure with stakeholders.
• Provide technical assistance and training on compliance, documentation, reporting, and allowable costs.
