You will collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to drive lean initiatives and cost improvements across casting and production processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing operations or process engineering.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, production, maintenance teams.
• Willingness to travel ~10% and support overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements across casting and production processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, and vendors on improvements.
• Drive quality and process performance with cross-functional teams.
• Lead or support task forces; apply lean methods for stability.
• Analyze performance data, identify countermeasures, and sustain gains.
• Provide daily process support to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Communicate with customers to resolve production concerns and maintain relations.
• Apply structured problem-solving to identify root causes and verify results.
