Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field.
- 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering.
- Experience with high-volume manufacturing or automated systems.
- Hands-on capacity planning, time study, line balancing, and standard work.
- Strong technical writing and standards development.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, improve, and document manufacturing systems.
- Perform cycle-time studies, bottleneck analysis, and line balancing.
- Support new line development, model changes, and expansion projects.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness.
- Lead kaizen activities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
