U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC in Portland, TN seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop cost-effective processes aligned with safety, quality and IATF 16949 standards. You will lead process improvements, troubleshoot equipment, and support new product launches across the plant.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 3–5 years’ hands-on automotive manufacturing experience, proficiency with CAD/Solidworks, PLCs, pneumatics and hydraulics, and strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Formación

• BS in Engineering with 3–5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred and strong CAD skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics; ability to read blueprints.

Responsabilidades

• Develop cost-effective manufacturing processes aligned with safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and determine root causes of failures.
• Lead process improvements and support new product launches.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OSHA and related regs.
• Coordinate capacity analysis and manage cross-functional projects.
