Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience or 5+ years with no degree.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations, process improvement, or production engineering activities.
• Demonstrated ability to identify root causes, implement countermeasures, and evaluate results.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement initiatives across casting and production processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, die maintenance, and external vendors.
• Drive quality improvements with multiple teams to strengthen part quality and process performance.
• Lead or support task forces, applying CI and change management to improve stability.
• Analyze process performance, part quality, and downtime to identify priorities and countermeasures.
• Provide daily process support to promote safe, reliable operations and sustain improvements.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes and measure results.
• Build productive customer relationships through regular meetings and clear communication.
