Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvement initiatives across casting and production.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, die maintenance, and vendors to advance improvements.
• Drive quality improvements with QA teams to strengthen part quality and process performance.
• Lead or support task forces to improve process stability and apply change management.
• Provide daily process support to production and maintenance teams to promote safe, reliable operations.
