Job summary

Toyota Manufacturing is seeking a manufacturing engineer to drive process improvements across high-pressure die casting and production processes, partnering with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to deliver safe, reliable operations.

You will identify opportunities, lead improvement activities, and support equipment changes while collaborating with customers and cross-functional partners to resolve issues and deliver sustainable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with manufacturing focus.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, or production engineering.
• Ability to identify root causes, implement countermeasures and verify results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost improvements across casting and production processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, maintenance, die maintenance and external vendors to advance process improvements.
• Provide daily process support to production and maintenance teams to maintain safe, reliable operations.
• Apply structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes and sustain improvements.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular meetings and timely resolution of quality concerns.
