Job summary

ABX Innovative Packaging Solutions, LLC in Homer, LA seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead QA operations and ensure ISO 9001-2015 and cGMP compliance. You will manage QA Lab Technicians, coordinate with Plant Manager, and act as the primary contact for customer quality inquiries and audits.

The role requires a B.S. in Chemistry or Engineering and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to drive total quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Chemistry or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 and cGMP.
• Ability to lead QA lab operations and supplier/customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production process quality and report to Plant Manager and QA Director.
• Manage QA Lab Technicians and ensure compliance with quality systems.
• Act as main liaison for customers on complaints, root cause analysis and audits.
• Oversee document control of finishing specifications and calibration schedules.
