Job summary

Impact Plastics Group in Putnam, CT is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality program across our extrusion manufacturing facility. You will manage ISO 9001 compliance, internal audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise quality staff, develop documentation, train teams, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and customer service to resolve issues and sustain process control and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001 quality system implementation and audits.
• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing, extrusion, or thermoforming preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with CAPA and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to lead quality staff and train teams.
