Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) to lead the QA department, oversee audits, and ensure services meet high quality and safety standards. The role requires collaboration with operations across New Mexico and travel to multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in human services and at least 2 years in QA, plus supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in human services, and at least 2 years of quality assurance.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience conducting internal investigations related to maltreatment, licensing violations, and company compliance.
• Experience developing policies, procedures and practices within QA and program operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, independent mindset and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the QA team.
• Oversee quality assessment and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure QA processes meet regulatory and licensure standards.
• Conduct site visits and data reviews.
• Train and develop QA staff.
• Collaborate with operations to drive service quality and safety.
• Lead investigations into maltreatment and compliance issues.
• Prepare reports and communicate findings to leadership.

Education
