Job summary

Dungarvin is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator for social services in Indiana. The role ensures programs meet state regulations and Dungarvin quality standards, identifying licensing risks and driving corrective actions across sites.

You will monitor, train, and support program management to sustain compliance, with collaboration across directors, managers, and staff to improve service quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work or psychology.
• Minimum of 3 years in Human Services.
• Experience in quality assurance is preferred (2+ years).
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for IDD supports.

Responsibilities

• Assess sites for quality assurance concerns as scheduled or on request.
• Monitor sites and follow up on issues.
• Track and follow up on abuse, neglect, and exploitation investigations.
• Analyze data to inform the leadership about quality of service delivery.
• Provide in-the-moment training to staff when issues observed.
• Support management with RFP responses.
• Collaborate with recruitment, training and retention to measure QA effectiveness.
• Develop and communicate prioritized QA goals with leadership.
• Provide leadership with policies and initiatives.
• Assist in quality assessment and enhancement of services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, social work or psychology

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Human Services field

Preferred at least two years of quality assurance experience

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of IDD Supports regulatory requirements (HIPAA, licensing)
