Responsibilities include coordinating with business, development and support teams, mentoring QA staff, and delivering reliable releases with quality metrics and risk assessments.

Formación

• Experience in manual testing and QA processes.
• Ability to plan tests, strategies and estimations.
• Defect management using JIRA/Azure DevOps/ALM.
• Expertise in functional, regression, integration, system and UAT testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for validation and analysis.
• Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
• Define test strategy, test plans, estimation, and quality metrics.
• Review test cases, test execution results, and defect reports.
• Coordinate with business, development, and support teams for successful releases.
• Mentor QA team members and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Provide status reporting, risk assessment, and release sign-off.
