Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is hiring a QA Tester in Grand Rapids, MI to perform manual and automated testing across functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT cycles. You will validate data via SQL, design test cases, and track defects through closure, collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure quality releases.

Must have strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum, and experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM for defect management.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Prepare test reports, metrics, and release sign-off documents.
