Job summary

Integra Partners in Columbus, OH seeks a QA Lead to own the QA practice across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and release quality. You will lead day-to-day QA planning, strengthen automation, and coach testers while collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

You will create visibility into test readiness, manage defect triage, and drive risk-based testing, data needs, and test environments.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience leading QA in software delivery.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and quality across discovery to release.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into test coverage and risk-based plans.
• Experience with defects management and triage with Product and Eng.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with automated API/UI/integration testing and AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice, including planning, execution, and release readiness.
• Coach testers and drive ownership of outcomes and accountability.
• Partner with Product Owners to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Lead defect triage and drive risk-based prioritization across teams.
• Increase automated coverage without sacrificing quality.
• Provide concise status reporting on quality, blockers, and next actions.
