Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a QA Lead to own the QA practice across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and release quality. You will lead planning, strengthen automation, coach team members, and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

You will create visibility into test readiness, progress, and blockers, define test approaches, establish QA metrics, drive defect triage, and escalate issues early when quality or delivery is at risk.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on software QA experience across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and embedding QA throughout discovery, development, testing, and release.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA planning and execution across product delivery.
• Coach QA team members on testing discipline and risk-based thinking.
