Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to orchestrate the quality assurance practice across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and transparent reporting on release readiness. You will strengthen automation and regression coverage, coach QA teammates, and partner with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle, not just at the end.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software QA across the SDLC.
• Experience leading QA execution and mentoring testers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA in discovery and release.
• Ability to translate workflows into thorough risk-based test coverage.
• Experience defect triage and working with Product and Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day QA practice and release readiness.
• Identify delays, blockers, data needs, and communicate issues immediately.
• Provide transparency on test status, quality risks, and release readiness.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline and ownership.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering.
• Define test strategies for new features, integrations, and platform changes.
• Partner with Product Owners early to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
