Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own the QA practice, drive test strategy and execution, and elevate automation coverage across product delivery. The role coaches testers, partners with Product Owners and Engineering, and embeds quality throughout the software lifecycle rather than treating testing as a final step.

You will create transparency on test readiness, progress, risk, and blockers, while ensuring timely releases and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource responsible for quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and the role of QA throughout discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into thorough, risk-based test coverage and manage defects with effective triage.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering; track critical defects and document quality risks before release decisions.
• Define and enforce QA exit criteria, ensuring critical defects are closed and regression is complete.
• Partner with QA Automation Engineers to increase automation coverage without compromising value.
• Provide concise quality reporting with current risks, blockers, decisions, and next actions.
