Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee QA across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and transparent reporting on quality and release readiness. You will lead day-to-day QA planning, strengthen automation, and coach team members while collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

You will define test approaches, drive risk-based decisions, and establish focal metrics for test readiness, progress, and blockers.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or functioning as a senior/lead resource.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA throughout discovery, development, testing, UAT, and release.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into risk-based test coverage and strategies.
• Experience managing defects and facilitating effective triage with Product and Engineering.
• Knowledge of test automation concepts, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins as planned and blockers are communicated immediately.
• Create transparency on what has been tested, what remains, and current quality risks.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering and track defects to resolution.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for new features, integrations, and platform changes.
• Partner with Product Owners early to identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Coach QA team members on risk-based thinking and testing discipline.
• Advance automation strategy to increase regression coverage.
