Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and release readiness. You will drive automation, mentor QA staff, and collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

You will create visibility into test readiness, progress, risk, and blockers, defining QA approaches, metrics, and escalation paths to protect release quality.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on software QA experience across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA's role through discovery to release.
• Ability to craft test strategies translating complex workflows into risk-based coverage.
• Experience managing defects with effective triage and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with test automation concepts, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish expectations for test planning, execution, and release readiness.
• Identify delays, blockers, environment issues, data needs, or scope gaps and escalate immediately.
• Provide transparency on what has been tested, remaining gaps, defects, risks, and release confidence.
• Hold QA team accountable for execution, updates, status reporting, and follow-through.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for new features, defects, and platform changes.
• Partner with Product Owners early to define test scenarios, data needs, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure test coverage includes functional, integration, regression, negative, end-to-end flows.
