Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Laboratory Quality Technician in Historic New Castle, DE to perform laboratory testing and support QA processes. The role involves operating equipment for Oil Analysis and R&D, handling samples, and maintaining documentation.

You will work with ERP systems, coordinate with production, and help ensure safety and quality across laboratory operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing or laboratory quality testing.
• HAZMAT training/experience is a plus.
• Read and follow laboratory work instructions with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing to ensure reliable results.
• Operate lab equipment for Oil Analysis and R&D activities.
• Receive and process customer samples and prepare experimental blends.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the database.
• Keep the lab clean, stock supplies, and maintain equipment under supervision.
• Communicate QA trends and process improvements with supervisors.
• Support production with on-demand testing and manage BOMs in ERP.
• Complete admin tasks to support lab operations.
