Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Laboratory and Environmental Technician to support manufacturing through laboratory analyses, data interpretation, and process quality assurance. The role includes sample preparation, calibration, preventative maintenance, and data communication to clients and stakeholders.

The candidate will operate and troubleshoot analytical systems, ensure data integrity, and contribute to safety and environmental compliance in a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with laboratory/manufacturing experience.
• Post-secondary chemistry coursework preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory analyses in support of manufacturing operations.
• Collect samples per Sample Plan and protocols.
• Prepare calibration standards and execute instrument calibration.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on analytical systems and equipment.
• Evaluate data validity and apply basic statistics to interpret results.
