Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a QA/QC technician to monitor production methods and ensure quality standards for milk and dairy products. You will perform standardized tests on incoming ingredients and final products, and support investigations into any product issues with precision and care.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher, with an associate or bachelor's in Food or Biological Sciences preferred, and proficiency with PC-based systems, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• AS in Food or Biological Sciences or 2+ years QA/QC experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct microbiology, chemistry and physical tests on dairy products.
• Test raw materials and finished products for quality and safety.
• Calibrate instruments and maintain lab cleanliness.
• Assist with investigations of product complaints.
