Campbell Soup Company seeks a QA Lab Manager to oversee the plant Quality Assurance Soup Laboratories, including Chemistry and Microbiology Labs. You will coordinate product releases, startups of new and reformulated products, COA documents, and nonconformances with Quality Systems, Logistics and R&D.

You will supervise laboratory staff, ensure data integrity, and drive corrective actions to meet specifications across ingredients and products, in a collaborative, fast-paced plant environment.

Formación

• Experience in managing plant QA laboratories (Chemistry and Microbiology).
• Coordinate releases of products and reformulations with R&D, QA and operations.
• Supervise lab technicians and ensure data is accurate and compliant.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate test Runs, start-ups, and reformulations with Product Development and QA.
• Report outcomes to management with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure conformance to specifications and manage corrective actions.
