Lands' End, Inc. is seeking a QA Inventory Specialist to thoroughly research discrepancies in QA inspections across multiple warehouse sites and liquidate defective merchandise. The role requires strong inventory controls, coordination with various teams, and precise audit documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining QA receiving reports, locating backordered items, and processing stock transfers while supporting physical inventories and vendor audits at multiple distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory and filing systems; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to work between warehouse locations and adjust hours with limited notice.
• Licensed forklift/crane operator; able to operate pallet jack.
• Knowledge of LE warehouse functions and shipping methods.
• Ability to prioritize workload with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Research and locate discrepancies in QA inspections across multiple warehouse sites; relay results to inventory groups and QA management; liquidate defective merchandise.
• Maintain daily QA receiving reports and audit sample carton entries; update QA Audit Database.
• Locate and adjust backordered merchandise and coordinate with inventory groups on daily questions.
• Perform daily inventory adjustments and prepare paperwork for charity, outlets, and vendors.
• Research discrepancies using ILIN, ULOG, PORA, PROD, SKIQ, PPQU, WHSE and Easytrieve.
• Prepare stock transfers from QA to other departments and participate in physical inventories.
• Set up verification audits with vendor and in-plant auditors; monitor overseas audits and report discrepancies.
• Monitor Vendor Certified Audits and in-plant auditor certifications.
