This role ensures the correct quantity and quality of product gets to the customer by monitoring the products and the accuracy of the facility's processes. In addition, this role creates and monitors the facility shrink budget, cataloging gains and losses, and organizes an inventory cycle count bi‑annually for the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or related field.
• 4 years of experience in distribution center/warehouse operations or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a high performing team responsible for inventory counts, damages, and audits.
• Monitors and maintains safety culture; communicates expectations and provides feedback.
• Organizes bi-annual warehouse inventory count; monitors shrink budget and gains/losses.
• Performs cycle counts and receiving packet audits; resolves discrepancies with teams.
• Trains associates and supports hiring processes; ensures proper training and development.
