Job summary

ASR Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage inventory actions across the warehouse and operations. The role emphasizes accuracy and coaching teams toward best-practice warehouse performance.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, daily/weekly material availability reporting, shipment auditing, and QA process leadership. Proficiency with SAP/EWM, TMS, and MS Office is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a union environment is required.
• Experience with consumer product goods/retail distribution preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish priorities and multitask.
• Experience with PCs and materials handling equipment; ability to produce reports and implement corrective actions.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/Email) proficiency; SAP/EWM/TMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cycle count warehouse locations and complete corrective actions in EWM.
• Prepare daily and weekly material availability reports based on demand and scheduling.
• Audit shipments for correctness.
• Lead label control process implementation and auditing.
• Perform production validation daily and weekly.
• Maintain a high level of interaction with all associates.
• Adhere to company policies and GMP/safety protocols.
• Provide SAP support for shipping activities.
• Coach, mentor, and train indirect reports on warehouse procedures and policies.
• Report daily to senior leadership on Business Unit performance.
• Lead the team to ensure inventory integrity and assist with physical inventories.
• Ensure optimal space utilization through warehouse consolidation.
• Drive QA processes and compliance within the warehouse; address customer complaints.
