Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead a high performing warehouse team responsible for inventory counts, damages, and audits. The role ensures accurate product quantities and process reliability across the facility.

You will also create and monitor the shrink budget, track gains and losses, and coordinate semi-annual cycle counts to maintain operational integrity and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 4 years of DC/warehouse operations experience.
• Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic math and reading comprehension

Responsibilities

• Supervise a high-performing team handling inventory counts, damages, and audits.
• Monitor product quality and process accuracy to ensure correct quantity reaching customers.
• Create and monitor facility shrink budget and catalog gains/losses.
• Organize bi-annual inventory cycle counts.
