Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; AA/BS in food science, biology, or chemistry is a plus.
• Basic GMP, HACCP, and SQF knowledge required.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions and to complete routine forms.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter part numbers and addresses into inventory system.
• Print labels and label bins and shelves.
• Conduct testing on raw and ready-to-eat product.
• Enter results into Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintain safety and clean work areas.
• Support process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
