Qualifications

• Required education generally a high school diploma or GED; an AA/BS in food science, biology, or chemistry is a plus; or 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a quality function.
• Basic understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences; read simple instructions and forms; basic typing and use of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Entering part numbers and addresses into an inventory system.
• Printing labels and labeling bins and shelves.
• May help in relocating parts to new locations.
• Conduct testing on raw and ready to eat product.
• Enter results into Excel spreadsheet.
• Attention to detail and compliance with safety regulations.
