Job summary

Seargin ищет QA-инженера/аналитика тестирования для ручного сквозного тестирования сценариев голосовых звонков клиентов и проверки точности распознавания. Responsibilities

• Проведение ручного сквозного тестирования сценариев звонков клиентов.
• Проверка точности распознавания намерений и классификации причин звонков.
• Проверка маршрутизации в соответствующие команды поддержки.
• Тестирование клиентских путешествий в разных странах, языках и сценариях бизнеса.
• Проектирование и выполнение позитивных, негативных и крайних тестов.
• Проверка AI-управляемых самообслуживаний, включая сбор данных, поток разговоров, обработку исключений и выполнение бизнес-правил.
• Тестирование сквозных вариантов бронирования ремонта, включая интеграцию SAP.
• Обзор отзывов клиентов из рынков.
• Анализ транскрипций звонков и журналов разговоров.
• Воспроизведение заявленных проблем и выявление дефектов, пробелов в конфигурации и обучении AI.
• Поддержка корневых причин и сотрудничество с Product Owners, Devs, Conversation Designers и Operations.
• Проверка сквозных взаимодействий между Parloa AI Voice Agent, Genesyс Contact Center Platform, SAP Backend и API.

Seargin is a multinational tech company operating in 50 countries. It develops projects and technological solutions for the space industry, cancer drug development, and industrial clients worldwide.

Задачи:

• Perform manual end-to-end testing of customer voice call scenarios
• Validate intent recognition accuracy and call reason classification
• Verify routing to the appropriate customer care team
• Test customer journeys across different countries, languages, and business scenarios
• Design and execute positive, negative, and edge-case test scenarios
• Validate AI-driven self-service capabilities, including data collection, conversation flow, exception handling, and business rule execution
• Test end-to-end repair booking scenarios, including SAP integration and booking creation
• Review customer feedback from markets
• Analyze call transcripts and conversation logs
• Reproduce reported issues and identify defects, configuration gaps, training gaps, or deviations in AI behavior
• Support root-cause analysis and collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Conversation Designers, and Operations teams on corrective actions
• Validate end-to-end interactions between the Parloa AI Voice Agent, Genesys Contact Center Platform, SAP Backend Services, supporting integrations, and APIs
• Ensure reliable data exchange and process execution across platforms

Требования:

• Background as a QA Engineer or Test Analyst, with strong software testing experience
• Experience testing conversational AI solutions, including voice bots, chatbots, AI assistants, or virtual agents
• Understanding of prompt engineering principles and ability to improve AI conversations through prompt adjustments
• Experience with customer care or contact center solutions, including voice channels, telephony, IVR, or call routing
• Ability to design test scenarios covering customer interactions and edge cases
• Experience validating intent classification and routing
• Experience testing end-to-end business processes, beyond technical functionality
• Ability to test AI integrations with backend systems, including ERP/CRM workflows, case creation, and repair booking
• Strong analytical skills to investigate AI errors and recommend improvements
• Hands-on, proactive approach and ability to identify issues and suggest enhancements independently
• Good communication skills for collaboration with product owners, developers, QA leads, and business teams
• English proficiency for international collaboration
