Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Выполнение ручных тест-кейсов в окружении QA и валидация Ready for QA
• Проектирование структурированных тест-кейсов и планирование негативных сценариев
• Функциональное, адаптивное и кросс‑браузерное тестирование веб‑приложения Command Center
• Эксплоративное тестирование многоагентной платформы и идентификация дефектов
• Составление репортов в Jira с шагами воспроизведения, скриншотами и степенью важности
• Проверка устойчивости данных через SQL-запросы и поддержка целостности данных
• Ведение реестра мастер‑тест кейсов и связь с Jira
• Использование инструментов AI‑помощников для ускорения тестирования и анализа
• Р reviewing истории и требований, уточнение критериев acceptанса

Job description

Описание: GlobalLogic is a digital engineering partner to companies worldwide. It helps clients transform businesses and redefine industries through intelligent products, platforms, and services.

Задачи:

• Execute manual test cases against the live QA environment and validate “Ready for QA” tasks
• Design structured test cases, identify edge cases, and plan for negative scenarios
• Perform functional, responsiveness, and cross-browser testing of the Command Center web application
• Conduct exploratory testing across the multi-agent platform to identify edge cases, usability issues, and integration defects
• Create reproducible Jira bug reports with screenshots, reproduction steps, expected and actual behavior, and severity classification
• Verify data persistence and backend state using SQL queries, and support data integrity checks
• Maintain the master test case CSV registry, including categorization, Jira linking, and test result tracking
• Use AI coding assistants to accelerate test case writing, defect triage, and exploratory analysis; develop project-relevant prompt engineering skills
• Review incoming stories and requirements, identify gaps or ambiguities, and clarify acceptance criteria with the team before testing
• Identify manual tests suitable for automation and gradually contribute basic pytest implementations with guidance from senior QA

Требования:

• 4+ Years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, including 2+ years testing complex backend systems, integration platforms, or AI/ML-driven applications
• Expertise in Python or a similar language for automation and scripting
• Proficiency in API testing and validating data persistence and audit logs in a database environment
• Ability to define and drive a QA strategy from scratch and turn functional and non-functional requirements into executable, automated test plans
• Experience setting up QA for containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes
• Conceptual understanding of LLM application development, agentic frameworks, and testing complex AI systems
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or operations technology domains
• Experience with operational liability, including managing SLAs and handling system downtime
• Written and spoken English proficiency equivalent to B2 or higher
