Job summary

BRUNT Workwear in Wilmington, MA, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to own the QA function across our commerce and operational platforms. You will work directly with the SVP of Technology to design test strategies spanning Shopify storefronts, B2B catalogs, ERP, and data systems.

You will collaborate with Technology, Merchandising, Operations, and Retail teams to define requirements, coordinate UAT, and ensure releases meet BRUNT's quality standards.

Qualifications

3–5 years QA engineering in eCommerce, SaaS, or tech.
Experience testing Shopify storefronts, checkout, and back-office.
ERP/planning/operational platform integration testing a plus.
Proficient in Jira for defect tracking and test mgmt.
Familiar with Monday.com or similar PM tools.
Experience with API testing (Postman).
Knowledge of Git and version control.

Responsibilities

Own QA function for BRUNT as sole internal QA resource.
Develop and execute test strategies across Shopify, ERP, and data systems.
Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and ensure release quality before customers.
Implement tooling, processes, and automation to scale QA.
Lead regression testing after sprint releases and platform updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA standards.
