Job summary

Banner Engineering is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer for Web and Ecommerce to uphold the reliability of Banner’s public site and B2B/B2C storefronts. You will collaborate with IT/OT across multiple teams, define acceptance criteria, and drive regression testing throughout releases.

The role requires a BS in CS or related field and 2-5 years of QA experience focused on web apps, with experience in Agile, Jira, and test automation being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field.
• 2-5 years' experience as a QA engineer or related position, specifically focused on website and web applications testing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability and functionality of Banner's websites and ecommerce platforms.
• Author acceptance criteria and test cases; refine bug reports into actionable tickets.
• Develop and execute regression test plans for releases; support UAT.
• Create and maintain user-facing and internal documentation; respond to issues from users.
