Job summary

BRUNT Workwear, based in Reading, MA, seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to own the QA function as the sole internal QA resource. You’ll report to the SVP of Technology and build test strategies spanning our Shopify storefronts, B2B catalogs, ERP, planning, and data systems.

You’ll partner with Technology, Merchandising, Operations, and Retail to define test requirements, coordinate UAT, and ensure every release meets BRUNT’s quality standards while shaping QA tooling, processes, and automation

Qualifications

• Experience owning QA strategies across ecommerce and ERP platforms.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria with stakeholders at sprint starts.
• Experience implementing QA processes and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Own QA across BRUNT’s commerce and back-end platforms.
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Ensure releases meet quality standards and drive test automation initiatives.
