Job summary

Pointwest-North America is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure high-grade quality across consumer-facing digital ordering channels (iOS & Android apps). You will validate UI, loyalty, promotions, and real-time order tracking, collaborating with product and engineering.

The role emphasizes cross-device testing, MarTech integrations, and secure checkout experiences with wallets and gift cards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in QA testing eCommerce platforms, native iOS/Android apps, or QSR digital product suites.
• Deep experience validating Loyalty engines (Punchh, SessionM) and MarTech tools (Braze, Segment, Google Analytics).
• Proficiency with cross-device testing tools (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs) and mobile proxy debugging (Charles Proxy).

Responsibilities

• Digital Pizza Builder UX: validate UI across web and mobile, including crusts, toppings, and sauces.
• Rewards & Loyalty: test Dough Points earning, Papa Dough redemption, tiers, and promo stackability.
• Real-Time Order Tracking: verify live order status sync with store KDS triggers and user notifications.
• MarTech & Personalization: test geo-targeted push campaigns, promo codes, SMS, and analytics tagging (GTM/Segment).
• Payment Wallet Integration: ensure checkout flows support Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Gift Cards, and card saving.
