Position: QA Engineer Automated 3

Location: Hybrid - Austin, TX 78751

Duration: 10 Months

Job Summary

• Design and develop automated test scripts to run testing functions automatically.
• Prioritize test scenarios and create execution plans for implementing these scenarios.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and prepare test environments.
• Perform moderately complex functional, application, and regression testing.
• Interpret requirement documents and update test documents as needed.
• Apply knowledge of the software development life cycle and methodologies.
• Analyze, plan, and produce management reporting functions related to QA.
• Acquire and apply knowledge of the customer's business domain in the assigned area.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and customers throughout the test cycle.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Work successfully with both technical and non-technical groups, managing multiple responsibilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates.
• Preferred: Familiarity with company's information architecture, information management methodologies, and software architecture/infrastructure components.
• Any experience testing healthcare applications and/or with Katalon software is a plus.
• Requires 8+ years of relevant QA automation experience; 2+ years preferred for certain frameworks and methodologies.
