ECFX is seeking a hands-on QA Engineer who loves finding what others miss, using AI to design tests, data, and reports. This role emphasizes manual testing with opportunities to build automation using AI to create targeted checks where it pays off.

You will test the Vue dashboard, admin tools, email notifications, and integrations, validating document handling and security across portals and logins. This is a fully remote position open to US time zones.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years in software quality assurance for web or SaaS applications.
• Experience with exploratory and manual testing of data-heavy systems.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
• Knowledge of the legal domain, especially court e-filing, docketing, or legal document management.
• Experience testing AI or LLM features.

Responsibilities

• Test smarter with AI by reading tickets and diffs, mapping risks, and drafting test charters.
• Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing across Vue dashboard, admin tools, and integrations.
• Validate document retrieval, parsing, categorization, storage, and delivery across external sources and logins.
• Back-end validation via API calls, SQL queries, and logs; verify alerts and dashboards.
