Job summary

Forward Financing LLC is seeking an automation-focused QA engineer to design and maintain automated end-to-end tests for internal and external systems in a fintech environment in the United States.

You will apply evaluation frameworks for AI/LLM features to catch regressions and partner with engineers to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring quality across APIs, SPAs, Salesforce integrations, and Datadog monitoring.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of QA with automation-first experience.
• Proficiency with APIs, SPAs, Postman, Playwright, Jira and Datadog.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and curiosity about AI.
