The role emphasizes high accuracy on repetitive automation tasks and collaboration across product, engineering, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work for any employer in the US
• 1+ year of technical or software-adjacent experience
• Experience authoring and QAing AI-driven automations against defined healthcare workflows
• Fast ramp-up within a few days
• Detail-oriented with high-volume task execution
• Experience with remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Solid software engineering foundation

Responsibilities

• Provide support and documentation.
• Execute high-volume, repetitive automation tasks with accuracy.
• Contribute to improvements of core applications and internal tooling.
• Create structured technical and process documentation for ongoing operations.
